Tuńczyk w papierze ryżowym

     Bardzo pożywne, smaczne i tanie danie składające się z kilku składników. Jeśli masz chwilę wolnego czasu na małą zabawę w kuchni, to zapraszam Cię na wypróbowanie tego przepisu :)Spring rolls’y smakują wyśmienicie na ciepło z sosem z pomidorowym.

Gwarantuję, że nie będziesz żałować :)Z przepisu wyjdzie 14 spring rolls’ow.

 

Składniki:

Składniki na farsz:

  • 60 g brązowego ryżu
  • 1 puszka tuńczyka w oleju (185 g)
  • 1 puszka pokrojonych pomidorów z bazylią i oregano (400 g)
  • 1/2 cebuli
  • sól, pieprz, czerwona papryka w proszku do smaku

Dodatkowo:

  • papier ryżowy
  • oliwa z oliwek do smażenia

 

Przygotowanie:

Ugotuj w posolonej wodzie ryż według opisu podanego na opakowaniu.
Osącz ugotowany ryż oraz tuńczyka z zalewy.
Cebulę obierz, pokrój w drobną kostkę i zeszklij na oliwie z oliwek.
Dodaj tuńczyk, ugotowany ryż oraz puszkę pomidorów.
Całość dopraw solą, pieprzem oraz czerwoną papryką, wymieszaj.
Smaż około 10 minut na małym ogniu.
Odstaw do całkowitego ostygnięcia.
Włóż papier ryżowy do miski z ciepłą wodą, wyciągnij po kilku sekundach, połóż na blacie.
Pod wpływem wody papier ryżowy zmięknie.
Nałóż dużą łyżkę farszu na papier ryżowy i zawiń delikatnie jak krokieta, odłóż na deskę.
Rozgrzej oliwę z oliwek na patelni.
Smaż roladki z obu stron.
Odłóż na ręcznik papierowy,żeby odsączyć nadmiar tłuszczu.

      Ohh, It’s really hard to say for me.
      Sometimes I need four or five hours to prepare food, take pictures and sharpen them plus write a recipe and make everything to look clean and nice 😉
      If the dish is more complicated, I usually need much more time.
      It’s not so easy 😉
