Ingredienser til kakebunn:
- 4 mellomstore egg
- 90 gram melis
- 60 gram hvetemel
- 20 gram mørk kakao
Ingredienser til kremen:
- 500 gram mascarpone ost
- 600 ml kremfløte 36%
- 6 ss melis
- 15 Oreo kjeks
I tillegg:
- 20 Oreo kjeks
- sjokolademelk
Framgangsmåte:
- (1) Forvarm ovnen til 160 grader.
Bruk en rund kakeform som har 18 cm diameter og kle den med bakepapir.
Sikt hvetemel og kakao.
Skill eggehvitene fra plommen.
Visp eggehvitene til de er stive.
Tilsett melis sakte og visp hele tiden.
Tilsett en eggeplomme en uten å avbryte vispingen.
Tilsett hvetemel og kakao forsiktig og visp på laveste hastighet til alle ingredienseneer godt blandet.
Hell massen i kakeformen.
Stek sukkerbrødet i ovnen i 22 minutter.
La det avkjøles helt.
- (2) Knus Oreo kjeks i veldig små biter. (Jeg brukte en hammer)
Visp fløten stiv i høy hastighet.
Bland mascarpone og melis i en stor bolle og tilsett i kremen.
Ha så i knuste Oreo kjeks.
Bland det grundig.
- (3) Skjær kakebunnen horisontalt i 3 deler.
Sett den første delen av kakebunnen på et kakefat.
Dynk den første delen av kakebunnen med sjokolademelk og smør 1/3 av kremen.
Gjør det samme med de neste to delene av kakebunnen.Sjokoladekremen skal også smøres på sidene av kaken.
Pynt kaken med Oreo kjeks.
Jeg pyntet toppen av kaken med knuste Oreo kjeks (jeg brukte 10 kjeks)
